Please note that last admissions take place 1 hour before closing time.
Our venues may have to close occasionally for cleaning and maintenance but this will be communicated by the venue upfront on their Facebook page. - Guests can enjoy unlimited play during quieter times however play sessions will be limited to 90 minutes during busy times in order to let other children enjoy our facilities.
- Our rules of play outline all requirements that need to be met and rules each guest must follow in order to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Each guest must read and agree to our Rules of Play before they are permitted to enter our soft-play. Please read our rules of play here. - Yes. Children must be below the age of 12 and under 1.45m in height to play in our soft-play. These restrictions are in line with government guidelines and are in place to ensure the safety of all children using our equipment.
- Tots Club is for children under 5 years old and takes place during term-time (when the big kids are at school) from 09:00 to 15:00 on weekdays. These dates will vary by region so please check with your local venue if you're unsure.
- Yes. All children in the play frame must wear socks in order to avoid friction injuries and reduce the spread of any possible infections. Please speak to a member of the team should your child have any sensory requirements.
- No. Only food and drink purchased on-site can be brought into the Wacky Warehouse venue with the exception of baby formula.
Parties
- You will receive a confirmation email that includes your booking reference number, be sure to keep it safe! Please check that all details are correct, including your contact details so that the team can contact you. Next, you’ll want to download and send your party invites.
Once you have received all of your RSVP’s back from your guests along with their selected meal choices, you can log in and manage your booking to add all attendees and complete each food and drink selection per child as well as add any extras you may need – please submit this information at least 2 weeks before the party date. Our current party package includes a 90 minute party session with a dedicated party host which includes 1-hour soft play and 30 minutes in the party area to enjoy food and drink etc... Party food for each child (vegetarian option available), unlimited squash for children attending the party, party bag and balloon for each child as well as a free return play voucher for each child.
Party bags may be subject to availability and may look different to images. If for any reason physical free play vouchers can not be supplied, we will be able to email these out at a later date or provide you with an interim voucher to ensure you and your guests are provided with everything listed in our party package.
Our party bags will vary from time to time, but you can expect it to include an activity book, sticker sheet, crayons, free play voucher, balloon with grip and a mini bag of Haribo’s.

We also offer the option to add Iced Cupcake Biscuits to each party bag at an additional cost.- No, we do not currently offer exclusive parties in our Wacky Warehouse venues.
- Our Wacky Warehouse parties require a minimum of 8 children to book – you can have less in attendance but the minimum charge is for 8 children. Each venue has a specific maximum depending on their capacity restrictions. Please contact your selected venue to find out their maximum capacity for parties.
- Yes, additional children (up to the maximum limit of your chosen venue) can be added to your booking up to 48 hours before your party start time. Please do this by logging in to your party management portal or simply call, email or visit the venue and speak to our team – be sure to have your booking reference number available. Standard General admission price will apply to any siblings or friends that have not been booked onto the party but just want to play provided they meet the age and height requirements stated on our rules of play.
- We will reserve a couple of tables and chairs for attending adults however we may not always be able to accommodate everyone during busy periods. If the children are old enough to be left with the allocated adults (one per 5 children) and the party host, we will happily reserve a table near the Wacky in our pub restaurant and they can order food and drink if they wish.
- Yes, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit upon booking your party. The outstanding balance will need to be paid 2 weeks before your party date.
- Party invitations can be downloaded from our parties webpage HERE.
- Once you have booked your party, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your booking. If you go into 'Manage my booking', you will then have the option to add attendees and select their food, desert and drink options as well as add extras such as biscuits and adult sharing platters.
- No, please ensure you bring this with you if you plan to serve cake at your party. Our team will always do their best to help and can provide napkins but we advise you arrange containers yourself if required.
- Yes, you can make changes up to 48 hours before your party – Simply call, email or visit the venue and our team will happily amend your booking – be sure to have your booking reference number available.
Please note: All changes must be made up to 48 hours before your party. Unfortunately, after this time we are unable to make any changes. - Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your party - Simply call, email or visit the venue and our team will assist in cancelling your booking – be sure to have your booking reference number available.
Please note: The deposit is not refundable, however, if you would like to re-schedule your party, we can move the deposit across to the new booking. - Yes! We do lots of parties for under 3’s, your party host will tailor their interaction with the kids depending on their age and contents of the party bags are suitable for under 3’s.
We understand that more parents will be likely to attend under 3’s parties and we will always do our best to accommodate everyone at a table – however, at busy times this may be difficult as our party areas vary by venue and space may be limited.
A top tip is to book an under 3’s party before 3pm on a weekday in term time – this way the Wacky Warehouse will be much quieter. - Yes! Whether you order our delicious cupcake biscuits or bring your own cake, we will happily cut and serve portions to your guests with napkins or place into party bags for your guests to take home.
Please ensure you can provide relevant allergen information to your guests. - We will provide an unlimited supply of Robinsons no added sugar squash for the kids and for the parents, we have a full range of hot and cold drinks for sale in the Wacky or from the attached pub.
Please note: No glass is permitted inside the Wacky venue so any drinks from the pub will be served in plastic glasses. - Unfortunately, if a child does not turn up, we cannot refund their cover charge as we have blocked out the play space and ordered food and party bags for each child.
You can make changes to your party up to 48 hours before the party by contacting the Wacky team, but no changes can be made within 48 hours. - Yes! We can cater for most dietary needs. Please notify us of any specific requirements so we can do our best to accommodate.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our products are produced in a completely nut-free environment so care will need to be taken with nut allergies.
Play Passes
- Our standard Play Pass range consists of a 1-month play pass a 6-month play pass and a 1-month Childminder pass. For more information on these passes, please visit our Play Pass page here.
- Yes, all our Play Passes can be redeemed at any of our 70 Wacky Warehouse venues nationwide. Click here to find your nearest location
- No, each Play Pass must be allocated to one child and passes are not interchangeable between children.
- Yes, we currently offer a 25% discount when you purchase 2-5 passes in one transaction. *Please note that this offer is subject to change.
- Please keep your pass safe as we are unable to issue another pass.
- No, each pass is for one named child, passes are not transferable between different children.
Only our Childminder Play Passes can be used for multiple children, but these are only available to registered childminders. - No, our passes entitle children to one 90-minute play session per day for the duration of the pass.
- No, a valid play pass must be present at the time of purchase to redeem this discount.
- Yes, you will simply need to specify the name of the child you are gifting the pass to as this will be written on the play pass.
- Yes, you can specify your desired start date on the pass when purchasing, except in the instance of special edition play pass offers in which a set date has been indicated.
